I do not think that is related to MM directly. Possibly in Chromium Engine as last nigh after reading this I was updating Radeon drivers from 20.11.2 -> 20.12.1 hichresulted in ay that I could not even open start menu ith single left click.

Restart fixed the issue, but I was experiencing other odd Windows UI issues. So I reverted to restore point prior to driver installation and all issues stopped. Today I tried it again and had same issues. Then even driver installation did not suggested have done factory driver reset on installing driver 20.12.1 and for my surprise I had no issues whole day.

Unfortunately I needed to reinstall AMD chipset drivers also, as they received factory reset too.
