1) Select the Folders node --> order of the folders/CD nodes changes!
2) Attempt to select the Folders node again --> Nothing happens!
3) Select the Devices & Services node --> MM freezes!

As discussed offline:
3&4) is regression in Petr's revision 34271, i.e. affects only build 2198 (non-public build)

1&2) are long-standing issues related to the temporary nodes

=> Fixed in 2199

1/2) I see very similar symptoms while fixing 0015965, looking into it...

Tested 2202
1/2) This is better, but it's still not as it should be. Now the node order changes and then reverts:
i.e. Test collection, Playlists, Devices & Services, Test coll 3, Folders, CD drive
--> Test collection, Test coll3, Playlists, Devices&Services, CD drive, Folders
--> Test collection, Playlists, Devices & Services, Test coll 3, Folders, CD drive

In the video you'll see a second example of this in which Folders switched with the E drive and then back.

5) There's also another problem (probably related to the same issue) that you can see in the video. Sometimes upon clicking a node focus briefly switches to a second node (node order doesn't change) and then back to the selected node.

You can see all of this here:

Debug log attached.
