1) As for the '[x] Level volume when synchronizing audio' checkbox:
Yes, the tracks that are already synced to the device are not re-synced with the new settings until user deletes the files from the device at first.
I think that this has always worked this way. Assigned to Rusty to review whether this should be changed?
i.e. should really all the files be automatically re-copied once user changes the level settings??

2) As for the user post: User is objecting that "It appears that if I level volumes on a song and sync that song for the first time to the android app, that volume leveling is copied over with the song and works. However, if I change the settings (via Tools | Options... | Volume Leveling) to make the target volume higher or lower and then sync again, the modified volume settings are not synced."
This sounds like like user expects the "[x] Level playback volume to [value] dB" be transferred to the MMA ? But Peke indicated that "there is no way to change Volume Leveling for MMA playback in MMA options".
So it sounds to me that we would need add the options to MMA at first? Or am I missing something?

Assgined to Rusty for triage.

I agree on both accounts. eg.:
1. It as always like that, I never used Leveling on sync hen MMA is involved, especially as MMA read Gain Index and level accordingly. So I would leave as is. Only time I used Leveling on sync is while I was using Car Stereo and USB Playback where it is resonable to have all tracks at same level, but like pointed USB Drive in such cases was empty here it is normal for tracks to be converted prior to sync.

2. Yes, MMA should have Playback Leveling option as Currently it level to 89db. Transferring MM Leveling to MMA would make sense only as a second option if MMW can control MMA settings, otherwise it is not needed and I think it would just complicate things. Maybe in Future versions.
