Summary0015332: 'The media transfer process on "(X)" appears to be frozen' message can appear for HDDs too
DescriptionOne user has several HDDs that are recognized as portable devices too (for some reason). Mostly only external HDDs are recognized as portable device (in Windows 10), but in his case also the internal are.
Sometimes it reports 'The media transfer process on "(X)" appears to be frozen...'
Based on the log ScanDevices action in WMDM plugin took 155 seconds (and we have 2 minutes timeout for the error)

Upon closing and reopening MM5, the errors repeat only after the computer is restarted.

This kind of error should be supressed for external HDDs, it was introduced mainly for Android devices (to suggest Wi-Fi sync when WMDM/MTP is frozen)
