Summary0014799: Remote drive isn't scanned on 'Sync' if so configured
Description1 If I configure GD Service via Devices and Services and enable 'Scan for media / playlists on sync _manual_' and initiate a sync
--> the tracks are listed in the GD profile BUT not in the library
2 Initiate Add/rescan files to the library and 'add location...' of the Google drive --> the dialog from step 1 appears, click OK 2x --> the drive is scanned to the library

When initiating a sync at step 1, the drive should be scanned.

Ludek indicated it's fixed in 2103.

Tested 2103 and this is still problematic. Tested as follows:
1 Copied an album 'Kyuss & Queens of the Stone Age' to Gdrive, and deleted the tracks from the MM5 library
2 Clean install of MM5 (importing MM4 DB)
3 Add Gdrive device verify that the Kyuss album is available (via Google Drive > All tracks)
4 In the Gdrive config, enabled 'Scan for media/playlists on sync _manual_
5 Clicked sync now
--> Sync process got stuck at 'Preparing playlists'
6 Closed MM and restarted it (this time running dbgview)
7 Checked that Kyuss still isn't in the library
8 Enabled 'Scan for media/playlists on sync _manual_ and clicked 'Sync Now'
--> Sync appears to occur, but upon verification, the tracks have still not been added to the library.

I couldn't replicate, but I fixed several further tweaks (that I've found during testing) and could be related.
I also added more debug messages to see more next time.

So please re-test in 2104 with running DbgView and if the issue still occurs then post the log.
Note that simply enabling the '[x] Scan for media / playlists on sync' and clicking [Apply] runs the scan and sync, i.e. no need to click [Sync now] (alhought this button can be used to run scan+sync anytime later)

Works as expected using steps from 0014799:0050179

@Rusty
I wonder if Scan For Media Should be Auto enabled, along with option to pair with existing content only? Reason is because GPM do not work anymore in order to give users auto gather cloud tracks in MM5.

Originally reported issue is fixed (reverified in my environment). I'm not keen on enabling scanning by default since it really depends on the user's needs.
