Summary	0013970: Codec Missing: Add encv/enca to DRM protected codecs and show apprpriate dialog
Description	4cc encv/enca are encrypted codecs ids from files saved from streams and can't be decoded due the fact that they are using FlashAccess DRM to protect their videos and we should handle this accordingly both in MMW and MM5 with DRM protected dialog Show. http://help.adobe.com/en_US/flashaccess/2.0/overview.pdf

peke 2017-02-20 11:16 developer ~0047305	As cleared over IM this needs to be pushed so that our Parser detects encoded/DRM files and do not start playback at all, especially as playing such files creates UI issues with transparent video overlay in MM5.

michal 2017-02-22 12:30 developer ~0047315	Fixed in build 1829. Used the same error dialog policy, as we use for for audio - i.e. only gray item out when trying to play encrypted file, and display "DRM restrictions" error in summary dialog after conversion attempt.
