I've added mention of the redistributable to the 'Test notes'. However, that isn't a fix. The real fix is for any dependencies to be automatically installed. Note: if they're large, and included with most current systems, then ideally they should be downloaded during the install process so that the installer doesn't have to be any larger than it already is. |

It was caused by jpeg library, so recompiled and runtime libraries does not required. |
