Summary	0013291: In some enviroments the version checking is performed on each MM start (instead of once per week)
Description	I am now on a Windows 10 computer where version is checked on each MM start, because it fails to parse date format in MediaMonkey.ini -> [System] section -> LastVersionCheck This should be fixed, version check should be performed only once a week. This affects Windows 10 computers with date format DD.MM.YYYY, but there can be also further issues caused by failed date parsing (date separator is not retrieved from system properly)
