Summary	0012723: Better management of connection errors
Description	Now sync and other wifi processes interrupts after two unsuccessful attempts. There are many scenarios (and related complains) where more sophisticated methods are needed. We can implement something like shown on attached diagram.

marek 2015-06-22 10:39 developer ~0042659	The timeouts should be also adjusted. Direct http downloads of media doesn't need 19s long timeout. These timeouts should be shorter and reconnection try is done earlier.
