Summary	0012615: DB API changes
Description	1. Remove precompiled queries support (temporarily). 2. Rework precompiled queries in order to make them work in JS. 3. There are also other possible improvements of the DB API, like adding a method to asynchronously retrieve the whole result of a query, as suggested by Ludek.
