Summary	0011501: Playlist creation sometimes fails during scan
Description	If a playlist is created while a scan is in progress, then sometimes the new playlist fails to appear in the list of playlists or appears empty in the list of playlists. This problem occurs if the playlist is created while a scan is in progress. e.g. 1 install MMA 2 Start MMA --> scan proceeds 3 Click 'Tracks' once 0000198:0001000 tracks are in the DB 4 Select all tracks, and click the 'Playlist' button 5 Click 'New' playlist, enter a playlist name, and click OK 2x 6 Click the Playlist node -->The newly created playlist is missing If the same procedure is done _after_ the scan has completed, then immediately after step 5, the following appears "Processing Tracks...", and subsequently, the playlist appears after Step 6 (though sometimes it appears _empty_ if the steps are done quickly--if this occurs, refreshing the view corrects that problem).
