I am unable to replicate the problem.

Do you have some more detailed steps to reproduce?
e.g. in which scenario it occurs and in which it doesn't occur?
Is the problem random or consistently reproducable?
Could you catch a video?

BTW: I don't believe it is a reression, I guess that it appears in 4.0.7 too?

Further testing reveals that this isn't a regression, but I've determined a set of repro steps that consistently replicate the problem in my Win7 environment.

1 Run MMW (and maximize--not required, but helps to see the problem)
2 Run firefox and maximize
3 Click MMW in the taskbar --> MMW comes into focus
4 Click Firefox in the taskbar --> Firefox comes into focus
5 Click Firefox in the taskbar --> Firefox comes out of focus and MMW comes back into focus
6 Click Tools > Options
--> Options dialog opens in back of MMW window

Note: If the bug doesn't occur the first time at step 6, repeat steps 4-6. If it still fails to occur, click 'Portable device sync' so that the Options dialog always opens into sync options, and then press cancel, and repeat steps 4-6 (the bug seems to occur more often when it opens into those settings).

Note that the bug does not occur for other dialogs (e.g. Extensions, Auto-tag, etc...)--it's specific to the Options dialog for some reason.
