Summary0010860: Pause/Resume doesn't continue downloading Podcast episode in same physical file
DescriptionWhen using Pause/Resume on a downloading episode MediaMonkey creates a new file (appends (1)) instead of resuming with the same file. This results in partial files.

Playing the file caused a Visual C++ exception in MediaMonkeyVHelper.

Please note that in case on initial test I had issues with files that were already corrupted in previous tests so to confirm fix they needed to be deleted first.
