| Description | 1) Follow instructions to configure a device using the generic plugin http://www.mediamonkey.com/wiki/index.php/WebHelp:USB_Mass_Storage_Devices/4.0, setting the Drive letter to P:, a SUBST letter to HD http://img687.imageshack.us/img687/4792/betachriswindowedbetare.png 2) Click Summary Expected: device connected Observed: "The device is not connected" http://img405.imageshack.us/img405/4792/betachriswindowedbetare.png 4) On Options, click OK 3) Looks for device in media tree Expected: device appears Observed: device fails to appear Workaround: In Device Profile, Device Configuration, change Device Name from [b]New Device [/b]to e.g. [b]MMDAP[/b].
