Summary0009454: Provide workaround to allow Portable mode to use plugins that rely on MM COM Server
DescriptionUntil 8182 is fixed, it would be useful to modify the Portable mode installer so that it installs (but doesn't register) the MM Com Server.

That way, users can register the COM server and overcome the limitations of not having it (via MediaMonkeyCOM.exe /regserver ).

Test/Doc notes:

MediaMonkey.exe /regserver | /unregserver -- registers COM objects for scripting purposes.

MediaMonkeyCOM.exe /regserver | /unregserver (must be run as Admin) -- registers elevation COM object used for elevation for the purpose of activating OS-integration config entries (that aren't saved by default in portable mode).
