Summary	0009813: Overflow (Options) missing from Menu bar (regression)
Description	In build 42, the overflow button that provides access to the 'Options' button is missing on on Experia Pro running GB in both Portrait and Landscape modes (it does appear on a Nexus 7 running JB).
