Summary0008430: D&D of mmip file onto MM is confusing
DescriptionIf the user tries to D&D an MMIP file onto MM:
- many portions of the mm UI don't allow the file to be dropped
- when dropping over portions of the UI that do permit dropping, the UI shows 'Copy' instead of 'Install'.

The net effect is that many users don't realize that D&D of mmip files is supported.
