DescriptionIn Win 7: Play Now, Play Next, Play Last context menus aren't presented in Explorer

In Win XP: The context menus are presented, and work as expected when MM is running. But if MM isn't running, they have no effect.

Tested with build 1358.

 Fixed in build 1361.

Note that in Windows 7 the context menu options are there unless the file isn't associated with MediaMonkey (which is fine I think).
