Summary	0007321: MM breaks auto-hide taskbar
Description	If MM is running maximized, and the user's taskbar is enabled, then the taskbar doesn't work because MM obscures the 5-pixel border of the taskbar that is displayed when the taskbar is hidden (so there's nothing for the cursor to hover over to trigger the taskbar to unhide).

rusty 2011-05-16 15:36 administrator ~0025337	note: although I've received reports of this problem over e-mail as well. Evidently a lot of people enable auto-hide, and it seems to be quite an annoyance.
