I cannot reproduce, tested on Win XP (both skinned and skinless versions), couldn't this be related to a global hotkey conflict (e.g. interferring with another app)? |

It seems that this has been removed from the default and now needs to be enabled as hotkey by the user. It worked fine here on 1343 with XP after enabling the hotkey. |
