| Description | On tracks having Artist equal to Album Artist, when I set Artist to blank, MM blanks Album Artist too. This happens in the tracklist and in Properties. This happens even if there are other tracks in the album i.e. having the same Album and Album Artist. Meaning the affected tracks gets split out into a separate album on the (EDIT:) Album node. As described at http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=28627, some users also find this annoying for edits (i.e. not just deletions). Potentially useful solution: get rid of the tandem behavior except when both fields are empty and the user is filling in the Artist field. |
