Summary	0006713: ISDBTextFile::Read, ReadData, ReadLine methods needed
Description	We have ISDBTextFile::Write method, but not Read! If you want to replace FileSystemObject with SDBFileSystem and SDBTextFile (e.g. because of antivirus software), you need Read as well, not just Write.
