Summary0006425: FLAC "Description" tag not read
DescriptionAccording to the MM help document, MM should read the DESCRIPTION tag for OGG/FLAC files. However, it fails to do so.

 Fixed in build 1310.
DESCRIPTION field was read from OGG files, but not from FLAC files.
