| Description | Subscribing to podcasts that have HTML/XML Unicode formatting like this one http://pod.drs.ch/doppelpunkt_mpx.xml do not import descriptions and track names correctly even podcast is shown correctly in browser (Firefox 3.6). Stylesheet for above podcast is located here http://pod.drs.ch/xsl/mpx.xsl and indicate plain Latin encoding HTML escape codes and XML formatting can be found on this page http://cpansearch.perl.org/src/MSERGEANT/Pod-XML-0.93/XML.pm | ||||

Fixed in build 1302 Note that problem was in podcast feed itself 1. it doesn't contain the info about used encoding (UTF-8), but the other apps consider such a feed as UTF-8 encoded anyway, i.e. applied the same to MM in build 1302 2. It contains some non-standard HTML characters that the other softwares represent as ' ' (if the char is unknown like in this case), i.e. applied the same to MM in build 1302 |
