Summary0005781: Inaccessible tracks in Now Playing loop is endless when Continuous playback is enabled
Description1) Add one track to Now Playing that is a deadlink or an inaccessible track
2) Enable 'Continuous' playback
3) Hit the play button

-> MediaMonkey player flashes, processor is up to 80%.
The only way is to hit [Stop] button, but it is not intuitive for users.

One would expect that if MM finds all tracks in NowPlaying to be inaccessible then stops the playback automatically by itself.

Simple and effective solution would be to use a timer method:
If the first round in now playing is done in 10 seconds then it is obvious that all tracks in Now Playing are inaccessible and MM should stop playback.

Petr, I saw your fix and negative effect of the fix is that adding a deadlink as the last song to the Now Playing causes the continuous playback to doesn't take effect, because it will stop on the last (inaccessible) track.

But this probably isn't a big deal.
