Summary	0005566: Track Properties dialog: '<' and '>' buttons aren't disabled if focus is on first or last track in a list
Description	If focus rests on the first track in a list, then the '<' button in the Track Properties dialog should be disabled. Similarly, if focus rests on the last track in a list, the '>' button should be disabled. Currently they are not, making it appear as if the function is available even though it isn't. Note: similar issue exists with the Previous/Next buttons that control the player.
