Summary0005557: Tree pop menu is scrambled/incorrectly drawn sometimes.
DescriptionThis bug has been around for a while but I haven't been able to consistently reproduce it until now. When right clicking on a non-highlighted node, which adds a _few_ tracks to the main window, the menu gets scrambled. If you right click on a node which has many tracks the bug doesn't occur. My guess is that this is happening if the "FinishAdding" command is sent while the menu is drawn. It happens with Blue Glass and Casino Orange but not with Vitreous Blue or Glided.

To reproduce:
1. Expand the Artist node and locate an artist which has few tracks (up to 3)
2. Go to another node and then right click on the "few tracks node"
3. Pop menu gets scrambled

Bex, I can't reproduce this bug, but I suspect I'm not fully understanding the repro steps. Can you elaborate a bit more re. the 3 steps (or post a short video)?

Thx.

Video added. I'm right clicking on the nodes. But to be fair, sometimes it's not reproducible. One has to try a couple of times, i.e. right click on a lot of nodes until you see the behavior.

I cannot reproduce too, but I've seen the video and my guess is that it is something to do with the Blue Glass skin and the script that adds the custom item "Find more from same - Custom search >" to the pop-up menu.

@Bex
Which script it is?
Can you reproduce it without the script?
Can you reproduce it with the Glided skin?

Yes, it's script related (Advanced Duplicate Find & Fix). It's not reproducible on Glided or Vitreous Blue, only with Blue Glass and Casino Orange. I think I've seen this in MM3 as well so I'll have a look in the special function within the script that controls this, to see if I can resolve myself. It's a bit strange that it only affects some skins though?

I can reproduce it in Vitreous, it seems to happen in any skin. It may just be less noticeable in Glided/Vitreous because the menus are light to begin with.

Tested 1246 and seems to work correctly. Bex if you can verify to be sure... Thx.

Reopened, because the issue reoccured to me.

Steps to repro:
1. Install the script
2. Select Blue Glass skin
3. Select an album in Main tree
3. Select a song in tracklist
4. Right click another album in Main tree
-> artifact is here again!

Fixed in build 1251.
