Summary0005532: Auto-analysis freezes MM / Triggers AV on upgrade from 3.0 DB to 3.1 DB
DescriptionIn some circumstances, the process of upgrading the DB from 3.0.6 to 3.1 seems to trigger either a freeze in MM, or endless AVs.

Repro steps:
Rename a 3.0.6 db into MM.DB
Install 3.1
Run 3.1
-->DB upgrade proceeds
-->File monitor starts
-->Either the file monitor freezes, or many AVs start occuring (though sometimes it proceeds without a problem)

Note: in current tests, filemonitor and auto-analyze are enabled. I'll check if disabling auto-analyze has an effect.

Further testing shows that the DB upgrade actually proceeded properly and the problem is actually related to concurrent running of the File Monitor and Auto-analysis.

Tested as follows.
1) Performed DB upgrade from 3.0.6 to 3.1
2) Enabled file monitor and auto-analysis in MM
3) Re-ran MM
--> AV

Note: I tested the file monitor standalone (no auto-analysis) and it triggered no errors. Will test if standalone usage of auto-analysis triggers the problem.

Another update:

When I test with only auto-analysis enabled, the AV still occurs. Thus the problem seems to be an auto-analysis issue.

tested as follows:
1) Set MM 3.1 with File Monitor disabled, and Auto-analysis enabled
2) Closed MM and configured MM 3.0.6 db to be used
3) Ran MM
-->DB upgrade occurred
-->Auto analysis didn't run!
4) Closed MM and ran MM
-->Auto analysis started and AV occurred

Strangely enough, if I disabled auto-analysis and performed a manual analysis, there were no errors.
