Summary	0000547: We should be able to add new default auto-playlists even if DB is preserved
Description	In the future, we may want to add new default autoplaylists. In current builds (519) though, when we add the 'Accessible Tracks' node, this node only appears for users who do a fresh install. This is kind of annoying for all of our existing users.
