I've checked that database and it's corrupted by any program (missing some of our triggers and there're many 'not MMs' triggers).

I was able to replicate that on my own 120k Library also.

Will be there a way to fix it?

Peke, check out whether you have all of our triggers in your database (especially update_songs trigger).

No triggers lost in my library, only issue I have is that with my library it is not consistent and can't replicate always and when it happen reverting to backup library and retest mostly could not replicate.

As talked with Rusty over IM here is what I've already tested without success:
Made Clean Install of MM 2.5.5.998 Scanned one of my HDDs tried to replicate no issues
Installed MM 3.0.1 which imported Library Tried to replicate No issues
Installed 3.0.5 again no issues
Installed 3.1.0.1231 no issues

Since it's not replicable, I expect it was related to one of the interim beta builds. Closing.
