Summary0005317: Podcasts are not imported correctly
DescriptionI tested Podcast link
http://www.npr.org/rss/podcast/podcast_detail.php?siteId=14357066 Which redirected me/proposed subscription to RSS Feed http://www.whro.org/home/publicradio/whrv/localprogramming/discoverynow/

If I use that link as subscription to podcasts it works and MM DL podcasts, but as they show garbled, so I have tested clicking on [POD] button (or copy pasting podcast link into browser) which then redirected me to correct podcast feed http://www.whro.org/home/html/podcasts/discoverynow/podcast.xml which MM imported and subscribed correctly.

Reminder sent to: rusty

As here is clear way to access podcasts maybe there should be easy way to include MM in supported app list http://www.npr.org/rss/podcast/podcast_detail.php?siteId=14357066
we could see if there is way to make small bookmark button to initiate subscribe in MM directly?

Note: it should be easy for Claver to make small button + php/asp code to send sites like these

There is rather bug in the link, also the [+ My Yahoo!] button fails to subscribe the podcast (the link is incorrect there).

e.g. Here http://www.npr.org/rss/podcast/podcast_detail.php?siteId=7060598 the button works and link is correct.

So this is no issue with MM, now it is about possible adding the small MM button as Peke suggested in the Reminder sent to Rusty.

There's nothing to do here. We can't go chasing after every podcasting whose feed is formatted incorrectly.
