Summary0004010: Now Playing Window: Can be sized larger than the available space
DescriptionIt's relatively easy to get into a situation where the Now Playing list is sized larger than the space available, causing a variety of artifacts.

e.g.
-Take Now Playing and put it on the bottom below the Available Tracks list, with the player below NP.
-Now grab the top portion of the NP list and stretch it up past the top of the tracklist (best to do when MM is not Maximized)
-->Now Playing appears and obscures the tracklist & no way to get to the tracklist!
-Disable Now Playing and re-enable it
-->Now the tracklist appears, but Now Playing is nowhere to be found!

There are some other examples of related artifacts in the forum. The simplest solution would be to prevent the NP list from being stretched beyond a point from which it cannot be 'unstretched'.

Added some minimal width/height for tracklist. Will be in 1107.

Although i can't drag it higher, there are now other equally bad bugs:
1) Sometimes when dragging upwards, the top of the Now Playing list gets obscured by a Blue bar. When this happens, it is impossible to drag it back down, unless MM is restarted.

2) Sometimes when dragging upwards, the same blue bar appears at the bottom (thougg it disappears after a screen refresh).
