Summary	0003931: Windows error dialog shows chinese characters to represent MediaMonkey
Description	I've seen this bug occasionally and AVQ recently reported it. When MM crashes and Windows generates an error dialog, MediaMonkey appears as 'MediaMonkey - Audio Library [chinese characters]' Image included in the bug.
