Summary	0002990: Hotkeys: shortcuts should be dynamically updated if hotkeys are edited
Description	If a feature utilizes a hotkey-defined shortcut, then: a) deleting the hotkey should remove the shortcut listing from the menu entry b) changing the hotkey should change the shortcut listing in the menu entry This isn't critical, but the current situation can lead to some strange inconsistencies (e.g. delete a shortcut, but the function still works)!
