Description	For the tagging options the following change should be made as suggested at http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=15630 : Unicode UTF-16 --> Ansi + Unicode UTF-16 (only when needed)

jiri 2007-03-08 17:41 administrator ~0008744	Fixed in build 2021. I slightly modified the strings, mainly in order to save same space and increase clarity. Let me know if it's ok this way.
