Summary0002658: Sorting of Now Playing isn't disabled in Party Mode
DescriptionThe sort implementation for the now playing mode (as implemented in feature bug 0001273) allows users to very quickly re-order the Now Playing list.

However, if the user configures party mode to not allow such re-ordering and the user then tries to re-order a list in party mode, the list gets re-ordered!!

Party mode should therefore probably not have this functionality.
