Summary	0002442: Auto-Organize: Duplicates should appear in proximity to one another
Description	When using Auto-organize and duplicate tracks are detected, it's painful to resolve the problem because: a) Duplicates are spread throughout the list of tracks (so in a list of 5000 tracks, the user must carefully scroll through the entire list) b) Duplicates are not always proximate to one another (so in a list of 5000 tracks, the user must search through hundreds of tracks to find the matching duplicate) What should happen is that: a) All duplicates appear at the top of the list b) Sets of duplicates should be proximate to one another so that it's easy to determine which ones to change/rename.

jiri 2006-03-30 18:59 administrator ~0007100	Generally speaking I agree with this, problem is that there are some logical problems with changing sort order this way (tracks would change their positions after a change of output mask, etc.). Therefore I think it would be preferrable to fix 0002329.
