Summary0002367: Synchronization (MTP): FLAC and OGG tracks can't be synched
DescriptionNewer MTP devices seem to not synch OGG and FLAC tracks even if they are supported by the device.

Note: I wonder whether the problem with FLAC on the Rockbox device is a different problem, in the sense that MM _never_ supported synchronization of file types other than MP3, WMA, or OGG to devices, and perhaps we've never changed that limitation.

As we already discussed, there isn't a documented way in WMDM 10 to synchronize OGG or FLAC.

As for iRiver plug-in, it synchronize formats that are supported by the device. RockBox firmware supports something more (FLAC?), but our plug-in doesn't know about it. Maybe we could check somehow for the installed FW (e.g. as the user in forum recommended), and behave according to it.

Re-opening and assining to Rusty.

It seems that the FLAC/Rockbox problem is probably not an issue, since MTP and USBMS plugins both successfully synch FLAC files.

However, OGG over MTP is a problem and we'd need an iRiver device to test it out.

As discussed, now that there is an identifier for flac and ogg, we should add support for them.

Fixed in build 1012.
 - Added support for OGG and FLAC. Also added support for AAC (including MP4, M4A, 3GP, etc.) and Audible AA. None of them were tested since I don't have a device supporting this feature.

It was confirmed by a user, that OGG synchronization works well.
