Summary0002285: Less protection against encoding MP3s
DescriptionCurrently, if the user uninstalls/re-installs MM, they aren't able to encode MP3s the second time (if the first time was >30 days ago).

I would like as many users as possible to try and be able to fully experience the new version--even if they've tried a previous version in the past. Would it be easy to remove this extra layer of protection?

I'm not sure how you mean to do this, it would mean that mp3 encoding would be always enabled after reinstall of MM.

Yes I mean that MP3 encoding should always be re-enabled after re-install of MM. Pushing at Jiri's request.
