I don't think that this is working as expected. Now when the user tries to make a change, they are asked whether they'd really like to edit a read-only file, and then a dialog appears indicating that the properties couldn't be edited. Most significantly, this situation prevents users from editing the properties of offline files! Note: this is related to 0000761 |

This 'bug' was due to a mistake in testing--the CD was left inserted. |
