| Summary | 0022561: Moving the content of panel into new window needed (true "undock") | ||||
| Description | "Undock" is wrong term for the current implementation. Undock option does not "undock", it copies the content of panel into another window, but the original panel stays as a part of the main window. The current implementation is something like the option "Copy Editor into New Window" of VS Code. The true "undock" would be something like the option "Move Editor into New Window" of VS Code. Or, something like MM4 where you had the check box "Dock to Window" for its Now Playing panel. With that check box unchecked, the Now Playing was moved to another window, not copied. It is nice having the current implementation, but I suggest that you also have another option that would cause closing the original panel when it is undocked. | ||||
