Summary	0022553: Rating is displayed wrong in some places after some conditions until hover
Description	1. Rating is displayed wrong in player after changing skin. 2. Rating is displayed wrong in Options > Downloads/Podcasts after turning on "Only if rating is less than". Rating is displayed fine after hovering such control. FYI, if you wondering, the track from my first screenshot doesn't have such low rating, I changed it for testing and skinning purposes.
