The autocomplete code can replace text after the caret when it finds one suggestion. That explains why changing a separator can rewrite the last value’s capitalization. I’ll limit automatic completion to the end of the text while preserving explicit suggestion selection. Autocomplete now preserves existing text after the caret, so replacing / with ; won’t change its capitalization. |
