0022248: Year node shows year 52019, but files show no Date value

Summary	0022248: Year node shows year 52019, but files show no Date value
Description	In the year node there is a 52010's decade with a 52019 Year node, it shows an Album, but this Album doesn't show any Date value. Presumably on data entry a full date was entered incorrectly. 1. We need a fix where Year node has a value for files, but Properties doesn't. a. Properties should show the bad value in the database, or b. The database should not accept the bad value and thus remain blank (I don't know what value was entered by me) 2. There should be date validation when the user enters a date, so invalid date values are not entered by the user
