Summary	0022156: Reporting bugs: We should add ability for user to send us Sample file With Description
Description	We should add ability for user to send us Sample file or file Information metadata for us to analyze, with possible Description of an issue observed. Example: 32Bit FLAC play silently which will clearly help both users and us to debug issue and instruct user to resolve it. Option to send us info should be available in track properties. NOTE: Android natively support decoding 24/96 (newer versions 24/192) but not 32bit files, maybe we should create KB article about that too.
