Summary	0021937: Users can delete predefined Collections, but can't add them back when using the free version
Description	Users can delete predefined Collections (like Music) in MediaMonkey, but only Gold users can add them back. This can complicate Browsing and Sync in particular for unlicensed users who delete a Collection. 1. Disable deleting Collections for free users. 2. Add mechanism to add predefined Collections back after they've been removed. 3. Update warning on Collection delete that it can't be re-added (ie. custom message based on user License). 2 would also benefit paid users who delete a predefined Collection and want to add it back as it would have all the predefined Criteria of a default Collection.
