Summary0021872: Better DSD Convert to PCM settings
DescriptionCurrently DSD -> PCM conversion is hardcoded, it could be useful that we add Settings in DSD Input plugin so that Users with more quality hardware can benefit from it eg. Some PS audio devices goes up to DSD1024 and PCM3072 and it can be selected in Sound Driver so MM conversion limits that.

The suggestion would be to have conversion table that can be configurable in Input plugin that can be used alongside with direct BitStreaming Output will move all decoding to DAC equipment.

 Fixed in build 3402. Decoder now supports different mappings to PCM frequencies. Direct bitstream is not supported, it is completely different issue, MM does not have pipeline for this.
