Summary0021402: Copy Album Art to tags setting in sync profile do not delete existing albumart.jpg in file folders
DescriptionIf user disable save album art to files folders and enable Copy Album Art to tags in device sync profile, then on next sync MM do do not delete existing albumart.jpg (or any JPGs) in file folders making MMA do not show correct Album art for files.

Possibly it should also delete ".thumbs" folder from device too to ensure GMS rescan the files tags and update MMA library entries.

Deleting an existing albumart.jpg could currently cause problems with tracks that have this artwork indirectly assigned (via the Android library). We can optionally add deletion as a manual option in 0019005. Anyway, thanks to the support for per-track artwork #0022040, problems with incorrectly assigned tracks should no longer occur.

Issue is not as obvious after #22040, as it is handled in that bug maybe we should consider copy Artwork to file tags default and disable sync artwork for newly created profiles.

Per Ludek's suggestion it would make sense that whenever there is a change in the sync profile that would result in a change in the manner in which files are synced, that MMW / MMA would message the user and give them the option of resynching all files (even if there's no change in metadata) according to the new settings.

There are numerous situations in which this can occur:
- New auto-conversion settings
- New artwork settings
- New tagging settings
- New sync mask (we already have an option to 'enforce use of the new sync mask', but it would probably make more sense to get rid of that and use the approach proposed above for this case as well)

e.g. Settings for this sync profile have been changed. Do you wish to re-sync all files to conform to the new settings?
[Yes] [No]

Ludek, do you agree?

Note: this would be post MMA 2.1.2.
