| Description | When debugging sync issue with user from [Ticket # 7750] we found that these options: Devices & Services > Galaxy S10 - SD Card > Sync profile > Tagging [x] Copy artwork to file tags [x] Remove artwork from tags if larger than [300] KB are applied also to video files, but in his case the video files are large and are located on NAS and it took 30 seconds to copy such a video file to a temporary location and adjust the artwork to serve the file for MMA during Wi-Fi sync.. During that time MMA timed out and the file has failed to transfer.. I think there is no point of adjusting artwork for videos as video files are mostly represented just by thumbnails.. | ||||
