Summary0021014: "Allow just one instance" is taking effect only after restart
DescriptionMM4 responded on that option immediately after Ok in the Options dialog box, but MM5 requires restart for that option to take an effect.

Please triage. It should probably be fixed, but a short term workaround could be to add '(requires restart)', and then fix this properly at a later date.
